LTA Architects (formerly Longwell + Trapp Architects) believes that the owner's expenditure of funds should be completed in a thoughtful manner to ensure obtaining facilities consistent with the stakeholder’s expectations and the communities needs through cost-effective design, efficiency, durability, and fiscal responsibility. In addition, LTA Architects encourages owner and stakeholder participation as an integral part of the design, programming, and facility analysis process. We believe that client-side participation is the key to successfully completing any project.
