Banner Bank | Meridian, ID

Banner Bank was looking to expand their service area in the Magic Valley and selected a site in Meridian, Idaho.  This 3,866 SF branch features masonry veneer, synthetic stucco and wood accent trusses with a metal roof.  The exterior of the building was designed for low maintenance and durability.  The interior has earth tone ceramic tile, cherry wood and a vaulted ceiling for a warm inviting atmosphere.  LTA provided complete architectural and engineering services from concept design through construction administration.  The new branch is located at 824 E Fairview Avenue, Meridian, Idaho.  The bank was completed in 2005 with a budget of $800,000 and a final cost of $773,812.
