Gibson Road Residence

Resting on the scenic shores of Hayden Lake, the Gibson Road Residence was a thorough remodel to the original house. The owners sought out LTA to modernize their home while still maintaining its original charms. With the remodel, LTA transitioned from the dated 80’s floor plan to an updated floor plan with modern finishes and materials including new wood floors, lighting, energy efficient windows, stone accents in the interior and exterior, and a new roof. The kitchen was moved from its original location to the old dining room, now giving views of the lake while preparing meals. The old gas fireplace in the living room was replaced with a wood burning one to add extra comfort when relaxing, and a new gas fireplace was added to the master bedroom for the same reason. The old pool, hot tub, and sun deck were replaced with modern systems and materials, such as the transition from a wood deck to stone. The landscaping around the pool and house was also updated, along with attaching a golf cart garage to the house for quick access to the local golf courses.
