LTA Office Building
We chose a modern rustic-ranch-like aesthetic for our new home. Material elements used on the exterior include a stacked stone resembling stacked limestone, Schaferwood vertical siding (which gives the building the look of using reclaimed wood but without the cost), and exposed timber trusses. The building looks as it has been on the property for a long time, but it’s new and modern.
The interior mixes bits and pieces of old-school and modern style charm. Exposed beams, a vaulted ceiling in the hallway, and LVT resembling weathered hardwood flooring along with a fresh coat of white paint gives the interior a unique contemporary feel. Spaces inside consist of a reception area, conference room, library, work stations for six, three offices, restrooms, a small kitchen area, and a large work area over the garage. Large windows throughout the building allow the beauty of nature to come inside.
