North Idaho Eye Institute

Due to the increasing demand for eye care in Kootenai County, LTA Architects worked with North Idaho Eye Institute to design their third office located in the downtown corridor of Hayden, ID.

We worked closely with the clients to create a stylish, modern medical office building that would give them a forward-looking brand. The welcoming interior environment incorporates warm neutral tones to impart a fresh, current sensibility while modern exam rooms feature a bold chartreuse wall for a pop of color. The two-story, 7,000 SF commercial facility accommodates nine exam rooms and other eye-health related rooms, an optical and contacts department, a reception area, a large lobby, billing department, offices, and conference room.
