Sandpoint Financial Center | Sandpoint, ID
The Sandpoint Financial and Technical Center is a three-story, 90,000 s.f. building that is the home to IMCB corporate headquarters and to it’s banking subsidiary, Panhandle State Bank. IMCB and PSB occupy 55,000 s.f. of space with the remaining 35,000 s.f. as lease space. The center was designed to showcase the North Idaho architectural style of brick, natural stone, wood and log accents. The building features a 5,000 s.f. atrium with skylights and live pine trees, a cascading water feature and period street lights. Natural stone pathways lead patrons to the bank and community learning center, a deli, a full-service copy facility and to the entrances of additional lease space for businesses. LTA provided complete architectural and engineering services from concept design through construction administration. The branch is located at Oak Street and 5th Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho. The new facility was completed in 2007 with a budget of $14,000,000 and a final cost of $13,750,000.
